Section 388-106-0272 - Who are qualified providers for skills acquisition training?(1) Long term care workers, who must only provide skills acquisition training on IADLs and the following ADL tasks: dressing, application of deodorant, washing hands and face, hair washing, hair combing and styling, application of make-up, menses care, shaving with an electric razor, tooth brushing or denture care, and bathing tasks excluding any transfers in or out of the bathing area; and(2) Contracted home health agencies, which may provide skills acquisition training on ADLs, IADLs or health related tasks that are within the profession's scope of practice.Wash.
