Section 388-103-0150 - What if the alleged perpetrator or the department disagrees with the administrative law judge's initial order?
(1) If the alleged perpetrator or the department disagrees with the administrative law judge's (ALJ's) initial order, either party may request review of the initial order with the department's board of appeals as described under chapter 388-02 WAC.
(2) If either party requests review of the ALJ's initial order, the initial order will not be effected.
