Section 388-103-0010 - What is the purpose of an adult protective services investigation?The purpose of an adult protective services investigation is to:
(1) Investigate allegations of abandonment, abuse, financial exploitation, misappropriation of resident property, neglect, or self-neglect.(2) Provide protective services to the alleged victim, with the consent of the alleged victim or their legal representative, when the protective services could assist in ending or preventing of the harm to the alleged victim.Wash.
