Before allowing a community protection program client to live in the same household with supported living clients who are not in the community protection program, the service provider must:
(1) Provide the department with a written description of the household composition;(2) Participate with the treatment team during the household composition review;(3) Obtain written approval from the division of developmental disabilities; and(4) Obtain written consent from each client in the household or the client's legal representative if the client is unable to consent.Wash.
