Section 388-101-4225 - Remedies-Specific-Civil penalties(1) The department may impose civil penalties if the service provider: (a) Fails to implement the plan or plans of correction;(b) Fails to make a correction when conditions have been placed on a service provider's certification; or(c) Fails to cooperate with the department's subsequent monitoring.(2) The department may impose civil penalties from the compliance date identified in the approved plan of correction or the statement of deficiencies of: (a) Up to one hundred dollars per day per violation; and(b) Up to three thousand dollars per violation.(3) If the service provider fails to submit a plan of correction for approval by the department, the department may impose civil penalties starting ten days after the service provider received the statement of deficiencies.Wash.
