Section 388-101-4180 - Remedies-Consideration for imposing remedies(1) The department may select enforcement actions proportional to the seriousness of harm or threat of harm to clients served by service providers.(2) The department may select a more severe enforcement action for violations that are: (d) Present a serious threat to the health, safety, or welfare of clients served by the service provider.Wash.
