Section 383-07-125 - Payment award scaleThe following payment award scale shall be developed by the productivity board. TIP awards shall be based on the following:
(1) Team awards are based on a percentage of the savings and/or revenue determined by the team and agency management during the application process. The total team award shall not exceed twenty-five percent of the actual net savings and/or net revenue generated to the state for the TIP project period. The team award shall be divided among the team members.(2) No award may be granted in excess of ten thousand dollars.(3) No cash awards shall be given for team projects that do not produce actual cost savings or generate revenue to the state.Wash.
