Section 381-70-210 - Violation report to be submitted by community corrections officer in the event of a waiver

Notwithstanding a waiver of an on-site parole revocation hearing by the alleged parole violator, the supervising community corrections officer or his designee shall submit a report of violation for consideration by the board.
