Section 381-100-060 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2024] Notice of arrest by law enforcement officer

Whenever a community corrections officer is notified of an offender's arrest the community corrections officer shall notify the board on-site desk of the arrest within one working day. Notice should be submitted electronically.
