Section 372-36-130 - Specific requirements of each industry - Miscellaneous operations(1) Garbage disposal areas and incinerators shall be so located to preclude discharge of drainage to any canal, drain, wasteway or reservoir.(2) Operations not covered by these requirements will be considered individually and requirements established as the need arises.
