Section 372-36-070 - Specific requirements of each industry - Canning, freezing and dehydration(1) Cooling waters may be discharged to drain or wasteway.(2) Wastes shall be screened (20-mesh standard gauge) and disposed of by lagooning, irrigation or in leaching trenches.
