Section 371-08-540 - Review of permits under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(1) The provisions of this section shall apply only to review proceedings before the board pertaining to permits issued by the department under the provisions of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.(2) In those cases where the board determines that the department issued a permit that is invalid in any respect, the board shall order the department to reissue the permit as directed by the board and consistent with all applicable statutes and guidelines of the state and federal governments.Wash.
