Section 371-08-470 - Hearing briefs

Hearing briefs, if filed, must be submitted to the board at least seven days before the hearing or such other time as directed by the presiding officer. The brief must be filed with the board and served on the other parties or their attorneys. The board may permit or require the filing of additional briefs.
