Section 371-08-465 - Dismissal, default or withdrawal of the appeal(1) If a party fails to attend or participate in a hearing or other stage of an adjudicative proceeding, the presiding officer may serve upon all parties a default or dismissal order which shall include a statement of the grounds for the order. Within seven days after service of a default or dismissal order for failure to attend or participate, the party against whom it was entered may file a written motion requesting that the order be vacated and stating the grounds relied upon.(2) An appellant may request to withdraw an appeal. Requests to withdraw an appeal shall be governed by civil rule 41.Wash. Admin. Code § 371-08-465
