Section 371-08-445 - Use of telephone conferences, motion hearings and hearings

Upon the motion of any party or independently, the presiding officer may decide to conduct any conference, motion hearing or hearing by telephone call or other electronic means to promote the fair, speedy and economical processing of a matter.
