Section 352-40-030 - When and where can I access state parks' public records?

Most public records of the commission and the agency are located at the state parks' headquarters office in Tumwater. Appropriate parks staff will determine where physical records can be inspected. Requests for such inspections can be made by contacting the agency's public records officer.
