Section 326-08-100 - Procedures for settlement or disposition without a hearing
(1) Disposition may be made of any adjudicative proceeding by stipulation, consent order, default, or summary judgment.
(2) Summary judgment will be considered pursuant to a time schedule set by the administrative law judge and may be decided without oral argument.
