In computing a period of time established by these rules, the day of the act, incident, or default which starts the period prescribed is not included. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the period is extended until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. Days run from midnight to midnight except for the last day of the period which ends at the close of business on that day.
