Section 315-38-070 - Time, place and manner of conducting drawing(1) Mega Millions drawings shall be conducted at the studios of WSB-TV, Atlanta, Georgia at 11:00 p.m. eastern time (8:00 p.m. Pacific time). Mega Millions drawings shall be conducted on both Tuesday and Friday at the designated time. However, the day, time or location of Mega Millions drawings may be modified as determined by the directors and publicly announced by the party lotteries, and/or as stated in the on-line drawing procedures for Mega Millions.(2) The objective of Mega Millions drawings shall be to select at random, with the aid of drawing equipment, Mega Millions winning numbers, pursuant to the controls and methods defined by the party lotteries.Wash.
