Section 315-38-040 - Ticket price(1) Official Mega Millions tickets may be purchased for two dollars per play, or multiples thereof, at the discretion of the purchaser, in accordance with the number of game panels and inclusive drawings. The purchaser receives one play for every two dollars wagered in Mega Millions.(2) Subject to the laws and regulations governing each party lottery, the directors may collectively authorize the sale of official Mega Millions tickets at a discount for promotional purposes.(3) Individual directors may authorize sale of official Mega Millions tickets at a discount for promotional purposes within their respective jurisdictions, provided that such discounted sales shall be reported to the party lotteries at full gross sales value.Wash.
