Section 314-10-010 - General-Liquor and cannabis board responsibilities
(1) The liquor and cannabis board shall regulate all sales and distribution of tobacco products pursuant to chapter 507, Laws of 1993. The liquor and cannabis board shall report all tobacco enforcement activity in a manner agreed by the department of health and the liquor and cannabis board on a quarterly basis or as set forth in the interagency agreement.
