Section 314-07-090 - Change of business name

(1) If you wish to change the name of your business, you must apply for a change of trade name with the department of revenue, business license service.

(2)If you wish to amend your corporation or limited liability company name, you must apply for a change of name through the secretary of state.

(3)See WAC 434-12 for guidelines for trade names.
