Section 308-77-075 - Payment due dates for special fuel taxes not paid by electronic funds

What if my payment due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday? Payment is due on the next state business day. For example, if the payment due date falls on Saturday, the payment must be postmarked by Monday.
