Section 308-48-570 - Continuing education discretionary exception for emergency situation

In emergency situations, such as personal or family sickness, the funeral and cemetery board may waive, for good cause shown, all or part of the continuing education requirement for a renewal period for an individual licensee. The board will require such verification of the emergency as is necessary to prove its existence.
