Section 308-391-603 - Notice of liens in favor of a governmental body

Records of certain governmental liens are maintained by the filing office under statutes other than the UCC and are treated in a manner substantially similar to UCC records. These liens are included on all searches as provided in WAC 308-391-505:

(1) Notice of Federal Tax Lien, RCW 60.68.045;

(2) Criminal Profiteering Lien, RCW 9A.82.120 through 9A.82.140;

(3) Department of Justice Lien, RCW 60.68.015.
