Section 308-125-210 - Required records - Accessibility of records to the department of licensing

All appraisers certified or licensed under chapter 18.140 RCW must retain records required by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice for a minimum of five years or at least two years after final disposition of any judicial proceeding in which the appraiser provided testimony related to the assignment, whichever period expires last. Such records will be subject to random audit by the department without notice and must be readily available for inspection by a representative of the department.
