Section 296-96-24600 - Scope

This section covers hand-powered manlifts that have the capacity of 1 person and are installed in a facility prior to January 1, 1999, in which agricultural products are stored, food products are processed, goods are manufactured, energy is generated, or similar industrial or agricultural processes are performed.
