Section 296-96-05090 - Car and counterweight guides

Car and counterweight guide rails shall be fastened so they will not deflect more than 3.175 mm (0.125 in.). They shall also be strong enough to withstand, without deformation, the application of a car safety when the car is carrying its rated load and traveling at its rated speed.
