Section 296-870-40015 - Certification(1) You must certify in writing that employees have been trained in operating and inspecting a working platform. (2) You must make sure training certifications are:(a) Prepared when the employee has completed training; and(b) Contain all of the following: (i) Name of the person trained;(ii) Signature of the person who conducted the training;(iii) Date training was completed. (3) You must make sure the training certification is:(a) Maintained while the employee works for you; and(b) Kept readily available for review by the director or an authorized representative.Wash.
