Section 296-869-60025 - Travel speed

You must make sure the operator limits travel speed according to conditions, including:

(1) Condition of the ground or support surface;

(2) Congestion;

(3) Visibility;

(4) Slope;

(5) Location of personnel;

(6) Other factors that may create a hazard of collision or injury to personnel.
