EXEMPTION: WAC 296-807-110 does not apply to:

Concrete vibrators

Powered tampers

Rock drills

Household and kitchen appliances

Medical or dental equipment

Concrete breakers

Jack hammers

Garden appliances

Personal care appliances

Fixed machinery
