Section 296-59-085 - Scaffolds, construction, use, and maintenance
(1) Whenever work must be performed at a height which cannot be reached from the floor or permanent platform and where it would not be a safe practice to use a ladder, a properly constructed scaffold must be provided and used.
(2) Scaffolds must be constructed and used in compliance with WAC 296-24-860 through 296-24-862.
