Section 296-52-70035 - Storage facilities for detonators

Storage facilities for detonators in quantities of one thousand or less:

(1) Must be fire resistant and theft resistant;

(2) Must be locked in an uninhabited building;

(3) May be less than one cubic yard;

(4) Must be painted red and have an identification label in case of fire.
