Section 296-45-48545 - Boilers(1) Before internal furnace or ash hopper repair work is started, overhead areas must be inspected for possible falling objects. If the hazard of falling objects exists, overhead protection such as planking or nets must be provided.(2) When opening an operating boiler door, employees must stand clear of the opening of the door to avoid the heat blast and gases which may escape from the boiler.Wash.
