Section 296-307-42525 - Industrial trucks used indoors(1) LP-gas-fueled industrial trucks may be used in buildings and structures.(2) No more than two LP-gas containers must be used on an industrial truck for motor fuel purposes.(3) LP-gas-fueled industrial trucks may be used in buildings frequented by the public, when occupied by the public. The total water capacity of containers on each industrial truck must be a maximum of 105 pounds (nominal 45 pounds LP-gas).(4) Trucks must be attended at all times in areas occupied by the public.(5) Industrial trucks must not be parked and left unattended in areas of possible excessive heat or sources of ignition.Wash.
