Section 296-20-01060 - Delegation of credentialing and recredentialing activities(1) The department may delegate credentialing and recredentialing review activities to the following entities: (a) Medical and dental group(s) and clinics;(b) Physician organizations;(c) Credentials verification organizations (CVOs); or(d) Other organizations that employ and/or contract with providers.(2) Any delegation by the department of credentialing or recredentialing review activities will be documented through a written delegation agreement.(3) The department retains the authority to review, approve, suspend, deny, or terminate any provider who has been credentialed by a delegated entity.Wash.
