Section 296-155-53106 - Accreditation application - Processing time(1) Within 45 calendar days of receipt of a completed application for an accreditation, the department must inform the applicant in writing that it is either complete and accepted for filing or that it is deficient and what specific information or documentation is required to complete the application and will inform the applicant if the applicant is eligible to take the written examination. An application is considered complete if it is in compliance with the requirements of this rule.(2) Within 75 calendar days from the date of completion of the written examinations, the department must inform the applicant in writing of its decision regarding the issuance of the certificate of accreditation.Wash.
