Section 296-150M-0390 - If my design plan is not approved, how much time do I have to submit a corrected plan?(1) You have ninety days to correct and resubmit your original design plan and send us any applicable resubmittal fee after we notify you of plan deficiencies. After ninety days, your initial design plan is returned to you.(2) If you submit your corrected design plan after ninety days, you must send the initial design plan fee instead of the resubmittal fee.
