Section 284-66-220 - Medicare supplement refund calculation form required

The form provided in WAC 284-66-232 must be filed with the commissioner annually by May 31st of each calendar year beginning May 31, 1993. The form is to be filed in addition to the NAIC experience exhibit and not in lieu thereof.
