Section 284-51-240 - Small claim waivers

In appropriate cases, issuers are encouraged to waive the investigation of possible other plan coverage on claims less than fifty dollars. However, if additional liability is incurred which raises the claim above fifty dollars, the entire liability may be included in the coordination of benefits computation.
