Section 284-50-210 - Violation defined as unfair practice

A violation of these rules, WAC 284-50-010 through 284-50-230, is hereby defined to be an unfair method of competition and an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the conduct of the business of insurance, pursuant to RCW 48.30.010.
