Section 284-43-6500 - Applicability and scope

This sub-chapter is adopted under the general authority of RCW 48.02.060. This subchapter applies to health benefit plans as defined in RCW 48.43.005, contracts for limited health care services as defined in RCW 48.44.035, standalone dental plans and stand-alone vision plans. This sub-chapter also applies to plans offered by carriers under the requirements of RCW 48.43.733.
