Section 284-16-300 - Purpose(1) The purpose of this regulation, WAC 284-16-300 through 284-16-320 is to set forth the standards which the commissioner will use to identify insurers in such condition as to render the continuance of their business hazardous to their policyholders, creditors or to the general public.(2) This regulation shall not be interpreted to limit the powers granted the commissioner by any laws or parts of laws of this state, nor shall this regulation be interpreted to supersede any laws or parts of laws of this state.Wash.
