Section 257-10-180 - Are there any training requirements for being listed on the referral registry?

Yes. An individual provider or prospective individual provider must complete the "becoming a professional IP" training prior to being referred to a consumer, with the exception of any person who has already worked as an individual provider for more than three months under DSHS contract. All other mandatory training requirements established by DSHS are in effect.
