Section 246-291-050 - Enforcement

(1) When a Group B system is out of compliance with this chapter, the department may initiate enforcement actions under RCW 70A.125.030 and 70A.125.040.

(2) A health officer may initiate enforcement actions as authorized under RCW 70.46.060 and 70A.125.050, and as authorized under local board of health rules.
