Section 246-274-435 - Installation inspection - Tier 2 and Tier 3 greywater irrigation systems(1) For Tier 2 greywater irrigation systems that require an installation permit, and for Tier 3 greywater irrigation systems, the local health officer shall: (a) Either inspect the system before cover or allow the person who designed the system to perform the inspection before cover if the designer is not also the installer of the system; and(b) Keep the application submittal on file, with the approved design documents.(2) The person responsible for the final construction inspection shall assure the system meets the approved design.Wash.
