Section 246-273-070 - Confidentiality

(1) Manufacturers shall submit a signed confidentiality statement if any information submitted would, if made public, divulge confidential business information, methods, or processes entitled to protection as trade secrets of the manufacturer, and identify any such information.

(2) The department shall not disclose any information obtained from manufacturers, when stated by the manufacturer, that the information, if made public, would divulge confidential business information, methods or processes entitled to protection as trade secrets of the manufacturer.
