Section 246-272A-0282 - Minor repair of malfunctions
The local health officer:
(1) Shall require the minor repair of a malfunction to a functioning state;(2) May require a permit for a minor repair of a malfunction; and(3) May require the OSS owner to submit information regarding minor repairs of a malfunction.
