Section 246-272A-0005 - Administration

The local health officers and the department shall administer this chapter under the authority and requirements of chapters 70.05, 70.08, 70.46, 70A.105, 70A.110, and 43.70 RCW. RCW 70.05.060(7) authorizes local health officers to charge fees for the administration of this chapter.
