Section 246-244-200 - Subsurface tracer studies(1) Protective gloves and other appropriate protective clothing and equipment shall be used by all personnel handling radioactive tracer material. Adequate precautions shall be taken to avoid ingestion or inhalation of radioactive material, and to avoid contamination of field site stations and temporary job sites.(2) No licensee shall cause the injection or administration of radioactive material into fresh water aquifers without prior written authorization from the department and any other appropriate state agency.Wash.
